Exchange/Visiting Student Program is for students who wish to study at Soongsil for up to two semesters and transfer credits to their home institution.

Application Procedure
The application process consists of three phases. Therefore, it is important for nominated students to be attentive their email throughout the application process.

Step 1On-line Nomination by Home University

Required Documents
✽ Please prepare following materials before you start on-line application process.
- a. Passport-sized photo: Must be in jpeg or jpg format
- b. Passport: Must be clearly legible when scanned
and Passport's validaity date should include designate date : Spring semester : end of September, Fall semester : end of March - c. Official Academic Transcript

Step 3Pay the tuition fee (Only for visiting students)
Step 4Receive a Letter of Admission via e-mail

※ All documents submitted and posted should be in their original or verified as an official copy (stamped) form, and should be in Korean and English. If your documents are not in Korean or in English, please have your document(s) translated into Korean or English, and have them confirmed and sealed by an authorized body.

2Payment Procedure
1) Payment Method
Once you receive an admission letter and invoice, please remit the program fee to the following bank account via bank wire-transfer.
